CEO
As an interim CEO I am able to quickly get up to speed on an existing plan and steward the team through a time of transition with minimal disruption. In cases where there is a strategy gap, I bring the ability to lead a market assessment and stakeholder landscape to provide boards with transition strategies, permanent CEO profiles, and roadmaps to shepherd in the next stage for the business. I also offer executive coaching to equip leadership teams to lead with clarity through transition periods.
COO
As an interim or fractional COO I bring deep experience across the operational suite, and am able to lean into People, Finance, Technology, Business Operations, Real Estate, Procurement, etc. gaps to provide course corrections, build operational efficiencies, create a rhythm of business that supports healthy organizational communication and reporting, and hire effective teams. I also offer strategic and annual planning support for organizations looking to uplevel their short and long term strategy & implementation.
CRO
I have built and run national sales teams teams from the ground up, and can quickly jump in with your team to shore up strategy, org design, performance management, compensation plans, training, etc. Often in times of transition it is important to reassess your sales funnel, and take a data based approach to adjusting your target audience, go-to-market motions, and pricing strategy -these are all things I have experience with and can support immediately. Finally, managing key accounts through a transition can be difficult - you want to maintain their confidence in the business while deepening your mote. I can confidently lean in with your CEO and account executives to ensure strong retention and account expansion through this transition.
